      "Cheese with Chef Saby", that is how an event at Godrej Nature’s Basket store in Delhi's Defence Colony was titled. The event held at the store was a sort of cheese workshop with information about cheese and delicious dishes.

      At this workshop, Chef Saby (Sabyasachi Gorai), who is the head chef at Olive Bar and Kitchen at the Qutab, shared with customers and friends facts and stories on varieties of cheese. From Swiss Emmental to French Brie to the Stout English Cheddar, he covered a world of cheese. He also shared intriguing recipes to help explore the richness of this amazing product. Patrons were delighted to see myriad variants of cheese available to them which hitherto, one could find only at five star hotels.

      The customers attending the workshop sampled various cheeses such as the Gruyere, Danish Havarti, Spain’s Manchego, Smoked Cheese, finest Goat Cheese and a host of other rare variants available at Godrej Nature’s Basket. The participants got to learn not just the delicate art of cheese pairing but also ideas on creating the perfect cheese platter for guests at home.

      “Cheese is perfect for any occasion, from a quick snack to an elegant dinner party", that was one of the important statements given by Chef Saby. For Mohit Khattar – MD (Godrej Nature’s Basket), the objective of this workshop was to bring the best of world food to customers and to create a wonderful opportunity for their customers to mingle with and share the secrets of passionate foodies.
